1. No Refund Policy
All registration fees and payments made to Mashari Sports Club are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, schedule conflicts, missed games, or team changes. Once payment is submitted, it is final.
2. Attendance Requirement
Each player is required to attend at least one scheduled practice or lesson per week throughout the duration of the season.

Attendance is mandatory for all participants.

Failure to attend at least one lesson each week will result in immediate removal from the team and disqualification from participating in games or league activities.

No refunds will be issued if a player is removed for failure to meet attendance requirements.
3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in athletic activities inherently carries the risk of injury. By signing this agreement, the Participant and Guardian acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Mashari Sports Club, its staff, volunteers, organizers, and facility partners are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after participation in any club activities.
The Participant agrees to participate at their own risk and is responsible for obtaining any personal medical insurance they deem necessary.
4. Consent and Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this agreement. I understand the no-refund policy, the mandatory weekly attendance rule, and the assumption of risk involved. I voluntarily agree to participate (or for my child to participate) in Mashari Sports Club programs under these terms.
